I received the iPhone 5s from Wireless2Go in a crushed box but the phone was OK, the seller has no control over the carrier's handling. It also took more than three days to arrive. The phone was just as pictured on Swappa. Thanks for good pictures! So far I have no complaints, the phone seems to work just fine.

I bought a 64GB iPhone 6 in Gold. I ordered it last week on Tuesday and received it on Saturday. The seller was readily available to answer any questions. The phone was rated as good condition with no functionality problems. Overall the phone is great, my apps work well, i can connect to internet very well, use it as a personal hotspot, etc. I am very pleased except for one thing. Sometimes, the phone will last until it reaches 0% battery. But quite often, it shuts down at 50%, 40% or 30%. Now it isn't just shutting off, it won't turn back on and shows the image of a low battery with a lightning cable charger--signifying that it has actually died and needs to be charged. I looked into the problem and read about doing a reset but i'm not sure what to try first. If the seller could give me and advice it would be appreciated. (I assume he/she will see this message) If it is something that can be solved easily I don't want it to cause any negative feedback for the seller.

The phone that I purchased from this seller was missing some key details in the listing. I suggest that this seller is completely open and honest about ALL condition defects of the phone before listing. The more details and photos of the phone, the better!

Shipping speed was also slow with this seller. I believe USPS was to blame here (2 day shipping took 6 days).

**Warning, do not buy from this seller. I had multiple problems with him every step of the way. He lied about how quickly he shipped the device. When I tried to connect it to Verizon, i was told it was not a verizon phone (as promised). I requested a refund and the seller tried to refuse until Swappa shamed him into a refund. He promised to also refund my return shipping costs (after much pushing) and then never did. When i followed up, he asked for receipt of payment for shipping costs and i said i threw it out once it was delivered but it was $5. He refused to refund shipping costs even though he never told me he would need a receipt. This seller was deceitful and difficult to deal with every step of the way.

i purchased the phone in January. Now while using the phone the cell carrier advised the phone I was using was BLACK LISTED/ REPORTED AS STOLEN. The seller was contacted. They refused to swap the phone for a working phone and refused to reimburse me my funds.

Mathew, Thank you for the sale. My carrier Metro PCS said they wouldnt be able to turn on or asure me that it would operate right and refused to turn it on. I didnt get back to you because I wanted to wait till I got to bring it to corporate office NOT near my home and also waited for life proof case to arrive. Corporate had no problem turning it on but couldnt transfer any of my videos or pictures from my Android to the iphone6. Any suggestions? Also my Email is [email protected] if you need to talk to me privately about it. I had to pay $25.00 for a charger I thought would come with it. Then $26. at Metro for sim card & phone change, which is to be expected. Any how, Thank you for the sale the iphone 6 , so far works great. My 1st iphone so I still have to learn how to work it yet.
