I'm new to SWAPPA. We received the phone but it won't hold a charge for longer than about 30 minutes. We'd like to return it. I thought I notified the seller but received no response.
Update: The seller responded on day 6 asking if I still wanted to return the phone. I said yes but haven't heard anything else since. Still trying to return.
