Shipped same day I ordered, was as advertised. A few phones I found were less expensive, but had marks on the screen. So I paid a fair price and set it up last night and seems to be working well.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the site. Product delivered in great condition, the price was reasonable, the delivery very quick and the process was very transparent.

Most importantly, the phone works great and I received it quickly, so I'm happy! (My first time using Swappa) I also appreciated getting free Mint and that's going well so far! My only feedback would be that the phone could've been cleaned a *little* more (esp the mute switch area) and I would've loved to receive a "Hey" or any communication from the seller. Thanks again!

Excellent seller!!! The I-phone was shipped promptly and arrived faster than expected. Whenever I reached out with a question, a response was prompted returned. The iPhone came as described and was carefully packaged. I was able to successfully transfer all data from my old phone to this new phone without any problems.

I would recommend this seller. I missed something he'd listed in the description of the phone and he took it upon himself to message me before shipping just to make sure I was aware and still wanted the phone.
