Regardless of not getting help to unlock the phone to the same Spectrum Mobile on to my my account in which had two I phones on it I lost mine in Vegas and it took about a month to get a nice phone, with help that I needed to pay and wait, eventually the phone made onto my mobile plan, I believe it was a mix communication that had my self as the buyer frustrated. At the End of the day it was done and I am happy with the results
