Please do not buy from this buyer. I purchased a phone from the seller and the phone arrived with the rear camera not working. I returned the phone and paid for shipping and while Swappa recommended the seller to pay for the return shipping fee, he never refunded me. Bad and slow communication and bad faith in his practices. His argument is that the phone was working when he sent it therefore he does not need to refund me the shipping fee. Worst experience I've had among any transaction I've had on Swappa. If your purchase has any issue, don't count on getting your return shipping fee back and expect to wait on him to communicate with you. I will never purchase from this seller again and I recommend anyone to do the same.
