DID NOT RECEIVE, but can't leave a review unless you check the box that you did! WORST experience w/ seller, Jey S, INT Mobile Shop. Didn't honor the 2 day shipping req, nor respond to several msgs. Swappa only said to contact PayPal. They did send a message with their shipping rules to the seller, but still they didn't respond. After I had to file a complaint with PayPal (bc Swappa doesnt do that!), the seller finally responded that he was on vaca. He promised to overnight at his expense. Again, didn't ship or respond to msgs. I escalated my claim with PayPal, however, they give the seller up to 30 days to respond!! When I was finally able to prove to PPal that he was in violation of Swappas shipping policy, PayPal lowered the response time to 10 days. How nice they are to a seller who failed to ship TWICE! To top it off, PayPal then had 5-7 days to refund my account! This process took 14 days! Finally purchased from Amazon and it shipped the next day. Shouldve started there first

Got the phone today and was in good shape and shipped fast but there were two issues: one was that the phone had one layer of bubble wrap but was free to bounce around in the box so that could have turned out bad (should have put more packing material in there so it was not bouncing around during shipping.) Second the wrong charger was included. The white iphone wall block was in there but there was a black Android cable included. For $400 you would expect there to be a full factory Apple charger included. Headphones were included.

The device is in excellent condition with no issue. The charging block was technically the wrong one but seller did indicate he would swap out. Communication, in my honest opinion, is the key to a successful relationship between seller and buyer and I feel there was somewhat of a letdown here. There needs to be more of an urgency in relation to item inquiries. Hopefully, seller learns from this for future references. Texting the future buyers may be another direct way to ensure positive results so doubt does not creep in. The price was right for what we received. We have gone through the Swappa checklist including the esn and imei through free web services and t-mobile and everything checks out fine.
