Device came in on time. Pleasantly pleased with what i got for what i paid for.
The only issue I have with the device is that the nib of the s-pen that came with it was bent at an odd angle. However I was able to twist it back to it being more or less straight but i would rather have preferred it being straight before i had to fix it.

Other than that, the shipping was on time, the package it came in was very well protected, very presentable and exceeded what I was expecting. The device's appearance was described accurately to the T.

Going to rate 5 stars even though the only flaw I could see was the nib but I won't lower it to 4 because everything else was exceptional.

I would definitely recommend purchasing from John G. and will come back if I ever need to find another device at an affordable price that meets expectations or exceeds them.

The phone came with no charger, which was disappointing, but also no sim card, or sim card tray remover which are essential to using the phone right. But the phone was in great shape.

While I wanted to give a 5 star rating, shipping wise, John was stellar. The explanation for the device itself unfortunately was not. While the screen is in fact pretty flawless there are some issues I have:

1. The item is either a refurb, or a return/check device, or something. There are stickers on the box marked from eBay that have conflicting serial #'s associates on them. As if the tablet has been sent back multiple times for issues. The box was pretty worn, torn in multiple areas (not a big issue but obviously it was well used).

2. The Tablet itself, while the screen is in good shape, the exterior is quite a bit more worn then it was described. There are physical dents (which were not mentioned) in the speaker grill area on the left hand side of the device, and more significant scrapes then normal wear and tear on the upper right corner, and on the right side near the charging port.

To the sellers credit, I was issued a full refund. If you scan reviews of the seller you'll see a bunch of them mention that the phone wasn't in exactly the condition as listed in the ad. One reviewer mentioned the phone he received didn't have a functional microphone, another that the digital pen didn't work with his, another that the phone was blacklisted. I just don't believe he really checks all of his products thoroughly.

My product was completely messed up in many ways not described in the ad. The software was modified, which wasn't listed. Apps crashed every 15 to 30 seconds over and over making the phone unusable. I couldn't even get through set up on the phone without it hard crashing many times. The phone would hard crash 10 times per day or so. The notification light was completely broken. Finally, I asked to be offered money back for return shipping and got no response.

But he did refund me the cost of the phone. I wouldn't buy from this seller.

Wow! I am so sorry that I never followed up on this. Obviously I had no complaints. The phone is in use, and absolutely perfect.

Phone came quickly. Great condition as described. Thanks again. Although we are having a little trouble trying to figure out why the phone will not ring out loud, only vibrate when calling. All the sounds are on, and yet the phone only vibrates? Please help!

The phone's battery is a bit of a bum but beside that it's in good shape.
