Good sale. Had some issue where the seller could not ship to my shipping address because it did not match my paypal address. We were not able to resolve this so had to ship to my paypal address, which was a minor inconvenience. Seller shipped quickly. Received the phone in good condition as described, some scratches and dents. Ordered sim card from verizon for free and activated it through my verizon account easily through their website. Phone is working well, very pleased with purchase.

It sucks that a small part (but important to me) of the device was overlooked prior to sale, but John G. was understanding and quick to try to resolve everything. I learned my lesson on overnight shipping since you don't get it back and I'm out $35+ for nothing.
