One of the selling points was that an otter case came with the device. The shipping was fast, but the case that arrived with the phone was destroyed; torn rubber, detached screen, and encrusted with sand. It was insulting. I deduce that this device was not gently used and mint, but badly damaged, refurbished, and sold to me with the damaged case from its previous life. I hope it doesn't have hidden issues.

Shipped very quickly. Received it 2 days after purchasing. The description was a bit inaccurate since the phone wasn't truly unlocked, and I had to flash a new bootloader to fix the damaged one after unlocking the phone myself. Aside from that, the phone is in great working order now, and cosmetically looks brand new.

Lightning-fast response and shipping. Product in great condition as promised. However, unit does not activate on T-Mobile as advertised due to blocked IMEI number. After a month of contact through a couple degrees of ownership, it was determined to consider this a wifi-only device, and a partial refund was agreed upon. Fast shipping which was great but I feel as though the description of the phone was a bit lacking. Allow me to explain. The buttons, home button and screen lock, both are a little weird. The home button sticks and the screen lock button is mushy. This probably should had been mentioned in the description. Also when I opened the back to insert my SIM card the phone had a faint smell of Cola. This all lead me to believe that the phone, in a previous life, had soda spilt on it, but I don't know I may be wrong. The phone still works but Im just slightly disappointing about the buttons.
