Purchased iPhone 6s Plus, and Phone was once damaged, and screen was replaced and as well as Sim slot per Apple store. After iOS update, phone went dead after 3 months. Apple will not touch the phone due to third party installment of parts. Seller won't able to accept return saying that I broke the phone. It is very frustrating after buying used phone. Never will buy used phone ever again.

Phone came mostly as described, though there was a small mark at the top of the phone and the home button sticks a little. At any rate, my daughter did not notice and was happy with the phone on Christmas.

Do not buy from this seller, the phone was listed as good, that was not the case. The earpiece speaker is damaged and needs replacement. Also the charging port is damaged and will need to be replaced overall disappointed and ripped off.

PLEASE improve your packaging when shipping a device! Wrapping a smartphone in a plastic bag and mailing in unpadded cardboard USPS envelope is NOT how it should be done! There would've been a big headache for both of us if damage occurred - just a stroke of luck that device arrived without damage.

Seller did not provide any notification that the phone shipped. After 5 days (3 biz days), I was getting worried that I may have an issue. Suddenly, the phone arrived in my mailbox on the 5th day. That's not bad from Florida to California just following the July 4th holiday. I still wish I had been given some notification and a tracking number. The phone itself seems fine so far. No blemishes, the screen looks good, and it works with my carrier. The provided box is not for this phone which was disappointing, but not a major issue. Thanks for your listing Mike.
