Seller was helpful, but there were 2 small issues.

I had asked for the phone to be returned to stock condition. I received the device with a stock ROM, but still rooted. I had no trouble returning it to stock myself, but it was time wasted that I should not have had to spend.

Also, the device does not "Knock On". I know this is a known issue with the G2 since the KitKat update, and will likely be fixed in a later update, but I would have liked for it to have been disclosed.

Overall, still a 4 star rating since the seller did communicate well, the device was in good condition, and shipping was nice and fast. Just a little deduct for not taking the extra time to properly unroot the device, and not disclosing, or not noticing that Knock On wasn't working.
