This phone was just given as a Christmas gift and the battery charges to 100% and within an hour it's dead! The charge percentage jumps from 40% to 1% and then dead in about 1 minute! Definitely a battery issue leaving me feel ripped off! The seller listed this phone as mint and has not replied to me since I have commented on the issue over a week ago!
