Seller apparently did not check whether the outward microphone worked. After getting everything set up, I played a YouTube video only to find everything scratchy and distorted. Very annoying. I will be returning and am not happy that I will have to set my phone up AGAIN. That is a huge oversight on the sellers part.

Although there was some delay in getting the charger, I received the Pixel 3A itself in just a couple of days. Phone arrived in pristine condition, holds a charge very well, and performs perfectly. My wife says it's the best phone she's ever had.
