I placed an order but canceled it the same day. However, I have yet to receive a refund after over 4 weeks, which is unacceptable. This experience has taught me not to order from this seller again. I hope others don't have the same experience. I'm still trying to get a refund so I can purchase another phone. It's frustrating, as this is the first time I haven't received a refund right away as promised by the seller.
