I got the phone in 2 1/2 days from my order. Works great. Got the wrong charger but I have the original from my broken phone. I would buy again but I hope I dont have too.

Purchased an HTC one m7 marked as everything working properly..camera has a cloudy purple tint to it that I'm annoyed with, everything else works fine. But I would beware or buy from 100% seller next time...can never go wrong with 100% feedback seller.

I purchased a phone from Swappa that doesn't work. I have taken it to Verizon twice and they can't fix it either. I will never purchase from Swappa again, nor will I recommend them!

Phone was blocked by IMEI for non-payment. In the initial listing the Swappa staff pointed out the provided IMEI was being financed. The seller claimed they entered the wrong IMEI and entered a new one which allowed the sale on Swappa.

It has now been blocked after a month of use.

You say that there were light scratches you can only see if you turned it towards the light and really look for them. The scratches are deep enough, that's the first thing I saw. I do not like the cosmetics of this phone. Very disappointed in the sellar.

Phone wasn't working properly. Would not be possible for seller to have known without several days of normal use. Notified them and they immediately refunded the purchase price and sent a shipping label. Great customer service.

I did have a problem: Phone was listed as unlocked and it wasn't . They were willing to take a return of it. I unlocked it myself. Mixed feelings about company. Bad: not up front on listing or my questions after sale. Good: Willing to take returns at no cost to me. Shipping was fast.

Phone arrived in great condition. Not quite "mint" condition as there was a knick at the top right of the phone but I can live with it.
