Phone arrived but couldn't be activated. Still attached to another Sprint account. Returned the phone and seller sent a refund. Problem is refund didn't clear his bank. PayPal waited another 3 business days and tried again but refund failed again. Getting my money back under PayPals protection guarantee but bottom line is seller couldn't provide me with a working phone or a refund. Thank goodness for PayPal but I'm still out the Swappa fee, the return shipping, and my money that's been tied up for the last month waiting for this to be resolved.

Not as represented, not shipped as stated, could not be activated wasted 2 weeks dealing with this. Not recommended!
