UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day) — $30

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT ship the next business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

I ship all orders promptly, but delivery times are ultimately determined by the carrier. While delays are uncommon, they can occur and are outside of my control once the package has been shipped.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:

Every device includes a one-year limited warranty covering functional defects. If you experience a functionality issue within 365 days of delivery, simply contact me through the sale page and I'll work with you to repair or replace the device at no charge.

This warranty covers functionality issues only and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or physical damage. Devices showing signs of physical or internal damage may not qualify for warranty service.

If accidental damage occurs, repair services may be available at the cost of parts and shipping.

30-DAY BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS:

If you change your mind, non-defective devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device and will be less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by PayPal or Stripe. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned devices must be in the same condition as received. Excessive wear, damage, missing parts, or missing accessories may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Please contact me through the sale page before returning a device so I can provide return instructions.

NEW & OPEN-BOX DEVICES:

Returns for new and open-box devices are accepted only if the item is unopened or not as described.

LIFETIME CLEAN IMEI GUARANTEE:

Every device is guaranteed to have a clean IMEI and be free of any blacklist, lost/stolen, or financing issues at the time of sale. If an IMEI-related issue ever occurs, contact me through the sale page and I will work to resolve it promptly.
