Item not as described Case with PayPal because seller refused to return funds after failing to describe screen blemishes that were visible when screen was at an angle. The seller went as far as accusing me of trying to scam the seller. I mentioned I have been on Swappa since early 2014, and Paypal member since 2001, and that I am an honest Swappa and PayPal member, but did not want to work it out, so escalated to Paypal. I wish Swappa would allow to block people like this. Not a pleasant experience.
