I really like the Note 4 and had a near miss on having a debilitating event with mine, wasn't sure if it was going to continue to work. Got this one as a backup as I really n eed my phone for work. It seems like it is as advertised as I'm still using my old one for now. I put my sim in and made a call to make sure it was working seemed fine. I'll try it out a little more over the weekend and make sure no problems.

1st phone came defective. I let them know and Immediately they sent me another one with a prepaid shipping label to return old one..Now that is customer service. You don't see that nowadays. I will/would purchase from them again!!!!

Minor issue with the phone not being unlocked when delivered. Seller has great customer service and had everything fixed in a couple of hours. Great product at reasonable prices.

There is a dead spot close to the upper right corner of the screen that wasn't mentioned. Overall The phone is in decent condition.

Phone came in excellent condition. Screen is flawless. Only VERY minor marks on the back cover. You have to look very closely in the right light with the right angle to notice them at all. Otherwise looks and functions like a brand new phone.
