The laptop is so good, I really like it.

Laptop was damaged during shipping (out of the seller's control), which was very unfortunate, but he worked with me to quickly refund the transaction and kindly refunded the return shipping. Sad I didn't get to use the laptop I wanted as it was otherwise as described, but incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend in the future to anyone else purchasing from this seller. Things happen and if he was this easy to work with when things go wrong post-shipping the item, you can have a high degree of trust/confidence things will likely go right for you. Thanks again!
