Phone was very nice and came just as described, but when I put my Verizon SIM card into the phone that was suppose to been linked to only Verizon, it was not supported(actually linked to Sprint). Oh yea they said the battery health was 100% and turned out to be 87%. This is why I usually buy from private owners. Be careful of these businesses on here.

The seller was not very responsive when I would comment on the sale. It took forever for the seller to ship the item. I made a PayPal claim to get my money back because he was not responsive. He finally responded after that and shipped out the item. The good thing was that when he did ship the item, the shipping was quick and the product was in the condition he said it would be in.

Had some back and forth to get correct charger which is understandable. Original post indicated a year of Apple Care and a new charging cable. Unfortunately, there was no Apple Care and the charging cable is used. Seller was very responsive and prompt in addressing the issues that could be resolved.

Item description mentioned warranty on the machine till Dec 2022 as one of the selling features. The warranty was present when the machine was delivered but disappeared a few days later. When asked for the bill of sale the seller refused, ultimately the machine had to be returned.

MacBook came in with a password, it’s better to reset before sending.

The iphone arrived in a small package marked as Fragile with little padding which worried me because of possible damage in transit due to neglect , however, upon checking the phone and activating it - all seemed to be in the correct working order. Great deal and I am very pleased with the phone and purchase.
