My Google Pixel 9 Fold wasn’t as described. The fold in the screen occasionally shows a faint line, a minor blemish for some, but I prefer mint-condition devices. When I asked the seller about a return, he seemed irritated and uncooperative, though I believe he was genuinely confused. I don’t think he was aware of the issue, as he’s highly rated on Swappa, but he ignored my mention of the box being wet.

Swappa support advised filing a PayPal dispute, but the seller tried to invalidate that process. He offered a $300 partial refund, but screen repairs cost much more. I countered with $400, but he refused, suggesting I use the warranty or return the phone. I accepted the $300, thinking the warranty would cover repairs, but Google says they can’t help.
