Worst experience on Swappa ever. Seller did not ship until prompted to do so, seller provided a phone that was blacklisted (for fraud), seller did not check the return package until asked, and seller did not process refund until asked. I didn't even bother asking to be reimbursed for shipping the item back to them. This level of handholding and incompetency is ludicrous. Stay away from this seller, even if it means spending a little more than the prices they are offering. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I normally buy Verizon phones and activate them with xfinity. This phone I could not. Asked for the seller to help, he did not replied to my messages. I offered to send it back and me paying the shipping. No reply. The swappa replied to my messages and lastly said that I should sell the phone given that it was advertised as Verizon phone. I thought the buyers were protected. Buyers are not protected. If you buy from this seller make sure you no expect any help from him.

For USPS reasons I was unable to get the phone, and USPS claimed to not have it. I requested and received a refund, so no complaints other than USPS

Item was received as described. However, the seller did not provide the tracking number on time. I had to get the swappa support involved. I needed the information so that I can plan accordingly to be home for the delivery. I hate to leave the expensive item left in the mailbox.

Please don't do business with these guys. First they sell me a T Mobile phone as if it were a regular unlocked phone, which it is not. Then they refuse to pay return shipping. Now, they are refusing to give me my refund after I shipped the phone back. All in all a very bad swappa experience.

Listed Verizon Pixel in Google Edition section. Phone didn't even ship. Seller decided to refund via e-check so it took 7 days to get my money back as well as went MIA. Not a single response. Would never purchase from this seller. Terrible experience.
