Joaquin was prompt with shipping and updates throughout the process. The order was ultimately cancelled, and he was prompt with refunding the purchase amount. The item was in worse condition than described, however, and I was disappointed with his response to my complaint. I ended up losing money (return shipping) as a result of this.
