Item arrived in a timely manner, but with heavy unmentioned screen damage on the far right of the screen, midway down. The seller has since took action and reimbursed me half the cost of the phone. Even though I was upset at first, the seller truly didn't know the damage was on the phone. Everything worked out well in the end, and I would buy from this seller again in the future.

Great phone!! Prompt delivery. However, the charger was not compatible with the Lg G5. All in all, a very good transaction.

We ordered a phone in good condition and received the phone as described. It arrived very quickly, 3 days after sale. We were very satisfied up to this point. This could have been a 5 star review but the reason I am giving a 3 star is because the phone I received has 2 Korean language system apps, that even after nearly a week of trying (getting help from LG, factory data reset, language settings,...), we are still unable to fix.
