I did receive the device in. It came in as described minus one problem. It was rooted which I did not know and nearly bricked itself when I accepted the Kit Kat update. Obviously I was pretty upset by it but to the seller's credit, he quickly tried to right the wrong. He offered that I could send it back, he'd repair it, and then send it back to me, or, he'd give me a full refund.

Seller was in constant communication.
