The S4 was in perfect condition, as advertised. I checked for water damage, screen and camera functionality and working GPS, Bluetooth, wifi, and 4g. The seller was patient while it took VZN a week to activate the phone. (This was all VZN's fault, not the phone or seller.) Shipping was fast, arriving 2 days after the purchase date.
