Pixel XL was not "as new" as described. Had several tiny nicks around the edges as well as other issues. Seller refused a refund at first despite clear photos of the issues. I kindly made a concession to return it at my cost to get my full money back and he agreed. He also agreed to refund as soon as he received it. To top it off he rudely insisted that I did not purposefully damage the item (!)

I sent it back the same day expedited exactly as it arrived but had to chase for the refund. Was told he was out of town for a week (!) The next day he was not out of town for a week but insisting on a partial refund only. It was not worth the trouble to fight.

Not someone to do business with. I hope the $8 was worth the negative feedback.

Phone had undocumented screen burn-in along notification/status bar.
Seller accused buyer of damage and refused to honor return policy.
Seller would not respond to comments and was disrespectful to buyer.
