I am very satisfied with the quality of the iphone 5 I received through this seller. The phone arrived as described with no visible damage or even a scratch. Seller was prompt in shipping and communication. I got my phone about 2 or 3 days after placing the order. I was very skeptical about buying a used phone through here, but I had no problems at verizon hooking it up to my account. I recommend any used phones be purchased through this seller.

The battery is horrible and will barely hold a charge for a couple hours, also phone keeps getting a message about the SIM Card is not in the phone ( But it is )
Also the phone keeps randomly turning off by itself.

Honestly with the problems it has and the chips and scratches it has, Phones price should have been $40.

Would not have minded paying $80 with the scratches and chips if it didn't have any other problems.

The device was marked for shipping shortly after purchase and was mailed priority. My package was delayed by 3 days, but it seems to be standard for the mail packaging center it must go through in South Florida. I received my phone 4 days after the due date, but it did arrive and the phone is in great shape. Looks like the picture and runs smoothly. Would definitely buy again, but would suggest a different mail carrier.

The phone had problems and then I couldn't get a straight answer. They said they would mail some stuff that never came. They wouldn't respond to my repeated requests to resolve the phone not working. The phone ended up being messed with, and malfunctioning...I'm grateful that paypal refunded me, because it looked like the seller wasn't going to respond at all.

If you're looking for a new phone really don't look further. I needed it shipped within a couple days and the seller express shipped it to me. Really appreciative and the phone works perfectly.
