The item was not sent until about nine business days after the item was purchased. Not acceptable! The seller would not look for the package wherever they had dropped it off because it seems like it had most likely been lost. I did eventually receive it thankfully

Phone was never received. It’s almost a month after placing the order. Fortunately I’ve had one of my kid’s old phones to get me by. No communication from seller (UPDATE: Seller replied after I reached out. They are busy.). No tracking number. Sale was marked completed without delivery. This is not my first time using Swappa, I’ve purchased a few phones and headset. First time not receiving the product I ordered.

Phone was received and had it in hand within 2 days! Seamless transaction (even though no tracking number provided by seller) until I tried to activate phone and found out it was locked. Was disappointed that I did not receive what was advertised. Was sent return postage and returned phone. Unsure if will consider again as more work then I have had to do with 5 other purchases I have made with Swappa….Response from Swappa team was fast and timely so will continue to use Swappa!

I was referred to this site by a friend and was trying to buy a like new phone for my sons 16th birthday.

This seller is running a "restocking Fee" scam and cancelled this order because I had no reviews as a buyer and charged me a "10% restocking fee".

I will not accept a partial refund because you cancelled the sale, I will not send you a photo of my drivers license to prove I am who I am, I will report this to the authorities.

What an unprofessional seller, 2 phones bought and he canceled sale. For what I can see this is a very common issue with this seller. Don't waste your time!

Seller voided sale after payment was already sent.

Seller cancelled most likely as they realized they listed ion low side. Son was excited and disappointed to learn canceled without contacting me to discuss alternative solution to their listing mistake.
