Drew sold me a phone that was still connected to another line and I was unable to connect. He refused to refund me my money and had PayPal return my money. Drew should not be allowed to sell on Swappa ever again. Buyers please be aware.

I just went through a nightmare experience with this seller but it was not his fault. The post office lost the package so I did not receive my package for 2 weeks. When it finally got here, the box was crushed beyond recognition. The phone was damaged during shipping but the seller was willing to have me return it to him and he gave me a full refund.

The shipment speed was great but the phone was not as described. Seller put the phone in "mint" category and said in the description it is "like new in flawless condition". However, the sides of the phone/bezel have wear on them and there is even a tiny crack on the back glass around the camera area. Buyer beware. Hopefully the seller is more honest in his description next time. Don't just list it as mint to get more sales when it is not actually mint.
