Phone is in great condition. A ding on the back of the phone but the screen is flawless. I have reset this phone three times already and Touch ID is still not working. Other than that the phone is fine.

The phone was as described and in very good condition when received. Communication could have been a little better but everything is good now.

Wonderful. tbh the seller probably could have asked at least $10 more (although the casing was rather scratched up so I can see why he marked it down) Everything worked perfectly after giving the phone some juice. There was one problem where the shipping number did not work for a time but that was the mail carrier's fault and the seller was more than happy to help iron things out with me. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

Shipping took longer than expected and the phone was locked to a different carrier than was advertised. Overall, I am very satisfied with the phone.

At first I was pleased with the phone as it was faster than my old 5s but slowly and surely it started to have problems. First the auto brightness button doesn’t appear, then the camera got blurry and you hear a loud rattling noise by the camera, now the phone takes forever to find you in an app that uses gps (Waze or maps) and it’ll go on and off charging when plugged in. I’m very upset that after only 2 months these issues are happening and I’ve been trying to contact the seller but it seems like he’s not very responsive at all about this. Very displeased with the product
