Zero communication from seller, phone didn't ship until 3 weeks after purchase, didn't have charger in the box as stated. I had to get staff involved and escalate the issue with Paypal to get it to ship at all. However, the phone is in good condition and is working fine with my SIM so it balances out I guess. Not sure I'll be using Swappa again if this is the experience.
