Besides getting this phone a day later than said, I am very happy with it.

I bought the phone as a present, didn't do anything with it upon arrival. Once I gave the gift it wasn't charging. I contacted the seller even though it was several weeks after I got it and he was totally cool and offered to repair. After a factory reset the phone is working fine all is good. I'm giving 5 stars because this was all on me and I got no grief at all, just offers of help.

The sellers response was immediate and the product was received in a timely manner and it is in good working condition.

sale went as expected, phone in exactly good condition as described. The only problem I had, if even a problem was the phone is actually an AT&T phone, unlocked. The listing specifically said Sprint. I was able to set it up on my Sprint account, and it works fine. So, again not really a problem, just a discrepancy.
