Phone was in excellent condition as promised, and came with 2 cases thrown in which was nice. Not a single scratch or mark anywhere on the phone, truly in mint condition. Seller shipped a day later than swappa requires, but then used 2-day shipping so I still got it relatively promptly. Would buy again.

Phone is iin good working order. Was kind of dirty & smudged up, but cleaned up okay. Case was in kind of rough shape, but I didn't really buy the phone for the case, so I am happy with the purchase.

Seller described the product condition in a good amount of detail and it fit the description upon arrival. Very pleased with the speed of shipping and the responsiveness in communication. Also tossed in two phone cases!

I wouldn't say mint but near mint. Heart rate sensor has fine scratches. Screen has one super fine light scratch on it, very hard to see but at certain angles it's noticeable.

Phone had sim card issue, seller had left a webpage open on device while looking for a sim slot fix, I had to pay an extra $15 to get this warranty repaired, wouldn't refund until received item back, Paypal had me win the case, but cancelled after receiving phone back repaired, would not deal with again
