For items that a buyer wishes to send back for a refund due to cosmetic and/or mechanical issues, a full refund minus the PayPal fee will be issued within 10 Business days of delivery. All devices must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If there is any additional or unexpected damage, we will deduct a damage fee from your refund.
