Shipping materials were not what I would have personally used or expected for a $500+ handset -- bubble wrap envelope and a single layer of bubble wrap around the phone. Would have liked to see the seller use better shipping materials.

Received new phones. Checked with Tmobile, they said the phones I brought were not under any existing account. I am happy with my purchase.

device became blocked today. ESN shows that it is due to non payment. I am requesting a replacement! Seller is willing to take the phone back for a refund.
