I was pretty upset at first because the device was shipped with a poorly installed screen protector which shattered my image of what a 'mint condition' phone should embody.

After I got the protector replaced, everything else seems to work great. There is a slight rattle if you tap near the top right of the device, but I had this checked out at a repair shop and they could find nothing wrong. Assuming that is not something major waiting to happen, I am pleased with overall sale.

I was disappointed with the transaction but am not giving 1 star because the seller did offer a full refund after the fact and remained in contact with me when I had issues.

the good: Seller lowered the price when asked. Offered a refund when the device was not as listed. Seller offered to send accessories they mistakenly omitted during initial shipment. Remained in contact with me when I had issues. Item was shipped promptly.

the bad: Seller promised headphones and charger and they were not included. I had to buy a charger myself to get the phone to work. Seller sent in a flat envelope with minimal padding. Phone back was cracked and was not advertised as such. Seller did not pay enough postage and I was forced to give the mailman the remaining postage to receive my package.
