Everything came in and is working great. Shipping left a lot to be desired as it was the Apple box with the laptop inside was in a larger box with very little protection. The box was shaking around and the case arrived cracked. But the laptop works perfectly.

Fast response, fast shipping. Phone come in all original LG box with all advertised items, a plus. Phone look outside like new to me. I haven't test the phone yet since my daughter sim card is not yet available.
