The phone came exactly as advertised in the condition specified. My only complaint, and it's minor, was the packing could have been done with a bit more care. The bubble wrap was good, but it still bounced around the box a little. Just a not for the future. But overall, a very good experience.

Dirty speakers and it’s not loud sounds like it may have been submerged in water. Charger port was so dirty had to clean with alcohol and the SIM card was still registered to Verizon. None of this was disclosed. Otherwise. I’m happy.
