If I had received the charger that was listed (A/C) , maybe I wouldn't have had so much stress in waiting 6+ hrs for the unit to accept a charge via my phone charger. Seller and Swappa staff now remain silent to the non-received issue of complete product as advertised after I had started a dispute with my CC thinking I received a DOA unit. Well, what would anyone else think during 6 hrs of a blank unresponsive screen while on a "make-shift" charger. Not real happy with my 1st buying experience here on swappa. You expect to get all accessories you pay for when advertised.

I purchased phone from this seller because of his near perfect feedback. I was disappointed with the poor communication & lack of attention. I purchased phone Monday evening. After not receiving any acknowledgement to my purchase, I emailed seller Tues afternoon asking question about warranty & stating that I needed to receive phone within 4 biz days of purchase (by Friday). I would have paid extra for expedited shipping. Seller responded Tues eve saying he had shipped out Tues afternoon. But he only "printed" shipping label. He then waited an additional day to actually go to post office and send out regular priority mail. Phone didn't arrive until the following Monday. He never did answer my warranty question.

Order came quickly, phone in perfect new condition and all was smooth setting it up on T-Mobile. All accessories work well also. Highly recommend this seller!
