The iPhone 5s was in impeccable condition with all features working tho the included charger and cable was defective . This caused some problems trying to figure out what the problem was and a trip to the iPhone store which finally sorted it out and to which I had to buy a cable to finish the checklist verifying the phone was working properly. I did not take off any stars as the seller was easy to work with and made up for the shortcomings by purchasing and sending a new cable and charger.
