Devices will be shipped within 1 business day in most cases. Devices are shipped with USPS 2-3 Day Priority shipping. We strive to ensure your device arrives as fast as possible, however there may be delays from USPS's end.
Expedited requests are shipped with UPS Next Day for an extra $40.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.
All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.
Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.
