Poor communication. Had to get swappa assistance in order to get any response from the seller. Incorrect tracking information. Assumed delivered by the postman = delivered to the correct place which delayed reciepted of phone. Did not ship everything in the description.

Phone was not as described: it was locked to tmobile. The seller was NOT helpful and was extremely slow in replying to comments, Swappa got involved the whole time to help out. The seller did offer full refund, but he was dragging it forever.
I had to get PayPal involved with seller dragging feet the entire time. It took two weeks to get the partial refund.
A very bad experience for me. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had two problems with ordering from LEU98:

1. Phone was advertised as a new device, which it was not when it arrived: it is a certified T-Mobile Pre-Owned phone. Not a big deal, but also not the phone I ordered.

2. It was also advertised as a G900F, which it was not: it's a G900T. However, LEU98 sent an unlock code via email before the phone even arrived. Not a big deal, but also not the phone I ordered.

Outside of that, LEU98 had great customer service. They responded to my complaints right away and offered a full refund if I wanted to send it back because of those two issued listed above. Their response was literally within a minute of me submitting my comment to them. That was awesome customer service. Also, the phone shipped and arrived more quickly than I had expected, and it was packaged securely. Thanks for that!

Device was home repaired, screen was peeling away and light bled from all around the edges. All of the screws were missing from the inside of the device. Was given full refund, so I give 2 stars.

Ordered an AT&T Note 4 with a few dents, a screen with not scratches, and a charger. What I received was a T-mobile Note 4 with many dents, a screen with several scratches and no charger. The phone was clearly different from what was shown in the pictures. It's camera was also sub par and the s-pen function was totally broken. After being sent the shipping label, that label didn't cover the entire price of the shipping, plus the seller did not refund the swappa fee, so all in all I'm still out a little after getting my refund back.
Purchase as your own risk.

1) Seller sold a COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL phone and called it GOOD
2) Seller intentionally deceptive and uncooperative by being tricky
3) Caveat emptor. Buy at your own risk. Read others feedback for this seller and decide based on that. You may actually be the lucky exemption as I thought I would be.

Phone was cracked, faulty speaker, and the screen was coming off - yet his description of the phone was "good" and "works flawlessly." Seller made multiple excuses to not refund me after he confirmed receiving the phone back. I had to escalate to PayPal to get a refund. Looking at his buyer profile, I am not alone. SWAPPA.com should not allow people like this on the site.

Ships blocked/stolen phone then plays games while issuing refund (after receiving phone back). Had to escalate PayPal dispute to claim.

Cons: Phone screen is in horrible condition. Is scratched deeply and the glass has been reconditioned. It looks awful. This was left out of the description. In process of return, and seller exhibits poor skills. Would not approve refund, had to ask Paypal to step in. Not recommended. I will never buy from again
