While listing was for Sprint iPhone, it has not mentioned that phone is completely locked to Sprint and it is virtually impossible to unlock. Seller has not not responded to question about it. Poor experience from incomplete item description and communication.

Phone arrived unusable. TMobile informed us the phone was under an active leased contact by company in NY. Seller did not respond to issue in time frame Swappa Customer Service requested and would not proved me a refund as requested multiple times. I offered to send phone back if paid postage provided and seller has still not proved me the refund. Sell is being disputed with PayPal and my credit card company.

The phone seems to be just as described, although we did experience a glitch while using it on the second day after setting it up. The phone was sent out the very next day, but I would suggest sending it overnight or guaranteed 2 day delivery in the future. It took 4 days to arrive through USPS. With that being said, I would likely order from this seller in the future, based on reviews.
