Karl S. promptly shipped the phone. It arrived the next day. The phone was delievered as advertised and in Good condition. I took the phone to Verizon, sim card installed and network set up and worked. Ran through the Swappa check list, wifi, e-mail, water damage, texting, calling photos and video. All works. Phone held charge last night when in sleep mode. Great phone. Excellent experience. Arnold A.
