Good buy!

Seller was quick to ship and device arrived quickly and well package protected. Device condition was accurately described. However, Upon initial power on, My device was boot looping when it got even slightly warm. The seller was quick to offer a refund if i returned the phone. I am removing 1 star from the seller's rating though because the seller refused to pay for my return shipping on a device that was completely non functional from the moment it arrived and I started using it. Even Swappa's FAQ says that if a device arrives non-functional, the seller should pay for return shipping. So i am out $7 from this transaction return shipping + my time. But, i did receive a full refund from seller and swappa fees. I would buy from this seller again, despite the hiccup.

UPDATE: After confirming the device's boot-loop, Seller refunded my shipping in full. Updated Seller's rating to 5 stars for fully resolving the issue.

Great Deal

Phone, while priced below market, was described as in 'good' condition. Phone arrived reeking of smoke. After 4 days of cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and frebreeze, phone still smelled. The included commuter case was full of smelly crud, and had to be thrown out. Phone should have been described as 'fair' condition, and the smell noted.

Seller communicates everything well. Device is perfect!

Seller claimed phone was in good working condition and it was not. Camera wasn't working properly, the audio jack doesn't work, the charging port works intermittently, and the battery appears to be loose within the device. The seller is not willing to return my money based on damage that was present before the sale.

Phone arrived on Saturday, well-packed, and appears to work perfectly for the T-Mobile customer who's using it.

Although phone came with no accessories (as stated in ad), phone is flawless and works great! Smooth transaction, great seller!

The phone arrived fast and I was in a rush to fly out to San Francisco. Just got back and charged the phone up. It seems every thing work, I have not register to any phone company yet. Hopefully, it should have no problem since it is an unlocked phone. Thanks you.
