The only thing happened to me once, when the phone said it's too hot and let it cool even though it wasn't hot and had to reboot the phone. Then nothing happened later. But the phone works.

Phone I got was as expected, just needed some cleaning, and then it was great

Laptop came as reported in the specs. However, it was not factory-new as reported. It was actually refurbished as it was missing the "Designed By Apple" packet.

Had some issues with tracking. USPS. Took a week and a half to get here. Tracking finally started working about a day before delivery. It was a rush order do to damaged phone. If I could do it again I’d look around for something with UPS, faster shipping and working tracking. Not the sellers fault but definitely ruined the experience not knowing if the phone shipped actually or if it’d ever arrive.

The phone arrived in perfect, mint condition-looks and works like new! I was able to connect to my carrier within an hour of receiving it. Super happy with the this purchase. Huge thanks to the seller- highly recommend!
