The iPhone we received had a few marks on the otherwise perfect screen. Not exactly as advertised but in practically new condition otherwise. Once we placed a screen protector on, the screen was perfect.

This was my first Swappa purchase, but I was mistaken about what was included in this purchase of a mint condition iPad Pro. The listing said: "Power cord/charger not required". What exactly does that mean? I should have asked, b/c it meant that they were 'not included'. My bad, but I feel the listing was ambiguous in this regard. Now, of course, I have to acquire a charger.

Despite the slower start, this was a fantastic transaction - the item came quickly once shipped, and was in exactly the expected condition when it arrived!
