Device condition was as stated but falsely advertised as an unlocked model when model is locked to Verizon for 60 days. Seller advised Verizon website indicates model can be unlocked immediately upon activation but Verizon website clearly indicates 60 days, which was also confirmed by Verizon when I visited a store to move my service for the required time frame. Despite this nuance, seller offered full refund for the trouble, which I did not take advantage of as I could not wait longer for a usable phone.

The shipper sent this quickly. I got concerned when I received the package and the box was crushed, but thankfully the bubble wrap was sufficient and the phone is intact.
